We have a 7-Day Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so by 3 PM 7-Days or 1 week prior to your arrival date.
- Weekends and Holiday Cancellation Policy: 7-days advance notice is required to change or cancel your room in order to avoid being charged for your reservation.
- Weekday Cancellation Policy: 48-hours advance notice is required to change or cancel your room in order to avoid being charged for your reservation.
If you cancel or modify your reservation post the expiration of the Cancellation Period or you fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one full night plus tax. Early departures are considered last-minute cancellations and are non-refundable. Holidays & special events are subject to seasonal rates. Non-refundable reservations cannot be canceled or modified - total reservation amount will be charged in case of cancellation or no-show. The hotel reserves the right to cancel your reservation. A refundable deposit is required upon check-in.
- Weekends require a 2-night minimum stay.
- Holidays and special weekends may require a three-night stay.
- The hotel office is open daily from 8 am to 6 pm pacific time.
- A complimentary Continental breakfast is prepared daily at the restaurant bar, from 8 am to 10 am, except Sundays, where service takes place in the Atrium, from 8 am to 9:30 am.
- Sunday brunch is served from 10 am to 2 pm.

Terms & Conditions
This property is privately owned, and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. We are a breath-easy accommodation. Guests who choose to smoke must do so in designated smoking areas. There is no smoking in the guest rooms. If anyone in guest's party smokes in the guest room, or any non-designated smoking areas, the guest hereby expressly authorizes the hotel management to charge the credit card a minimum cleaning fee of USD 200.00 to reimburse the property for the additional cost of cleaning a guest room. We are pet-friendly! Well-behaved pets are welcome for a required additional fee of USD 15.00 per pet, per night.
- Rates shown on this site are for single or double occupancy. Additional guests, 12 years and older, in suites, are $18 per night. A 12% hotel tax is additional.
- Prepayment is required for booking two or more rooms.

If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit of USD 500.00 via credit card is required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur. The hotel takes a credit preauthorization but does not accept cash deposits. Government-issued photo identification and a credit card are required at check-in for payment and incidental charges. Any misuse or damages to the guestroom or facilities will be the sole responsibility of the registered guest.
